WHAT IS POSX

What is POSX

  1. 01

POSX is a network token built for payment and consumer-spending scenarios.

  2. 02

Its utility demand comes from expanding payment applications and alliance networks.

  3. 03

Release halving and consumer burns jointly constrain new and circulating supply.

Four real participant roles make up the POSX network

Consumers

Spend at merchants and earn consumer rewards

Online / offline merchants

Connect to the payment network and redeem consumer rewards

Alliance payment networks

Payment infrastructure carrying real transactions

POSX node participants

Carry node levels and network benefits

VALUE FORMATION

How POSX value is formed

As transaction activity across the POSX payment network expands, release halving and consumer burn mechanisms are designed to reduce new and circulating supply and strengthen scarcity. Growing payment adoption and network use also create ongoing utility demand for POSX.

SUPPLY MECHANISM

Network-wide deflation: release halving and consumer burn

Two mechanisms act on new supply and circulating supply respectively: release halving is triggered when network-wide transaction volume reaches a milestone, and consumer rewards not eligible for circulation are burned upon redemption or expiry.

REWARD MECHANISM

Reward mechanism overview

The current reward system consists of direct referral rewards, the 7-level management reward, and the equal-level reward; the three rewards have independent sources and calculation rules.

Node purchase levels and referral commission qualifications are two independent rule sets. Buying a node level does not automatically grant a corresponding referral commission rate.

First, separate three independent systems

Sale tiers, node purchase levels, and referral commission qualifications serve different purposes. Buying a higher node level does not directly set direct-referral or management rates.

  • Sale tier

Sets the current POSX sale price

  • Node purchase level

Defines node identity and the scope of published benefits

  • Referral commission qualification

Determined independently by eligible direct-referral deposits or team performance

01 · DIRECT REFERRAL

Direct referral: 5% / 10% / 15%

The direct rate follows an account’s lifetime cumulative eligible direct-referral deposits, not the account’s node purchase level.

QUALIFICATION BASISLifetime cumulative eligible direct-referral deposits

Direct referral rate

Upgrades follow lifetime cumulative eligible direct-referral deposits

Upgrades pay the cumulative eligible difference

After a rate upgrade, eligible historical direct-referral performance is recalculated at the new rate, less amounts already paid.

02 · MANAGEMENT REWARD

The current total management cap is 15%, including equal-level rewards.

03 · EQUAL-LEVEL REWARD

Equal-level reward: uniform 2%

When a downline reaches the same management level, the differential on that line becomes zero. A uniform 2% equal-level reward applies when its conditions are met.

2%

No longer split into 1% / 2% / 3% tiers by team performance

  1. When a downline reaches the same management level as the upline, the differential on that line becomes 0.

  2. When the equal-level relationship applies, the equal-level reward is calculated at a uniform 2%.

  3. Equal-level rewards and line-differential management rewards count together toward the current 15% cap, and toward the 21% total management cap after Tier 3.

Q&A

Frequently asked questions

POSX and deflation mechanisms

Q01What is POSX?

POSX is a network token built for payment and consumer-spending scenarios, designed around real merchant payments, consumer rewards, and alliance payment network applications.

Q02Where does POSX utility demand come from?

From expanding payment applications and alliance networks: as merchants and transactions grow, network use creates ongoing utility demand for POSX.

Q03How is the USD 250 million release halving triggered?

When historical cumulative network-wide transaction volume across the POSX alliance payment networks exceeds USD 250 million, the consumer-reward release rate is halved for the first time. Network-wide transaction volume is measured as the historical cumulative transaction volume of alliance payment networks such as Omninal and Paysafe.

Q04How does the consumer burn mechanism work?

POSX that consumers earn through online or offline merchant spending and that is not eligible for secondary-market circulation is burned when redeemed with a merchant, and is likewise burned when unused after the merchant-defined expiry.

Nodes and Node Mode

Q05What is a POSX node?

A POSX node is a virtual participation qualification and benefits carrier within Node Mode (a virtual benefit node). It carries node levels, referral qualification, management rewards, and future benefits; it is not physical mining hardware, a computing-power node, a transaction-validation node, or device-uptime income.

Q06Why does the POSX network need nodes?

The node system plays four roles: it serves as a participation entry point organizing participants of different scales, expands ecosystem reach through referral mechanisms, identifies levels and benefits, and connects alliance payment-network growth with the node benefits system over the long term.

Q07When did Node Mode open for subscription?

Node Mode opened for subscription on July 21, 2026 (U.S. Eastern Time). This page is for information only and does not provide purchase or redirect functions.

Sale tiers

Q08Why is the node sale split into 36 tiers?

The node sale organizes its total allocation into 36 fixed price tiers: Tier 1 is priced at 0.0818 USDT, Tier 36 at 1.0000 USDT, and the total node-sale allocation is 980,000,000 POSX.

Q09When does the sale advance to the next tier?

The only condition is that the current tier’s full allocation sells out, after which the sale enters the next tier; there is no countdown-based forced advance.

Q10Why are only the current tier and the next six tiers shown?

The published range covers prices and allocations for the current tier and the next six tiers. Later tiers are disclosed progressively through official announcements, and the page does not display data for the remaining tiers.

Node levels and seats

Q11How do the seven node purchase levels differ?

The seven levels form a “1+5+1” identity system: the Explorer License (600 U) is the exploration entry point; the Node, Core, Elite, Principal, and Executive Partner levels (1,000–30,000 U) form a continuous progression path; and the Global Founding Partner (50,000 U) is the flagship seat.

Q12What seat limits apply to the Global Founding Partner?

Limited to 100 seats globally, one per account. The page does not display live remaining seats; seat status follows official announcements.

Q13Does the node purchase level set commission rates?

No. Node purchase levels and referral commission qualifications are two independent rule sets; buying a node level does not automatically grant a corresponding referral commission rate.

Rewards and Tier 3

Q14How are the 5% / 10% / 15% direct rates earned?

They follow lifetime cumulative eligible direct-referral deposits: 1,000–4,999 U corresponds to 5%, 5,000–9,999 U to 10%, and 10,000 U or more to 15%. After an upgrade, the difference between the new and old rates is paid on eligible historical performance.

Q15How is eligible team performance accumulated?

Eligible team performance accumulates over the account’s lifetime and determines the management-rate tier (1% to 15%); it is a different concept from the management reward depth (7 levels).

Q16What is the line-by-line differential?

Each business line is calculated separately: effective line rate = max (my management rate − nearest qualified downline rate, 0); line management reward = eligible line performance × effective line rate.

Q17What is the equal-level reward?

When a downline reaches the same management level as the upline, the differential on that line becomes 0. When the equal-level relationship applies, a uniform 2% equal-level reward is calculated and counted within the total management reward cap.

Q18How is the total management cap calculated?

Line-differential management rewards and equal-level rewards are combined under a single total cap: currently 15%, and 21% after Tier 3. The 2% equal-level reward is not stacked beyond the cap.

Q19When is Tier 3 triggered?

It is triggered when the global sale price enters the third tier (0.0968 USDT). Tiers advance in sequence as each sells out; there is no timetable.

Q20Which benefits open at Tier 3?

Four items are previewed: management depth expands from 7 levels to 20; the total commission rate cap rises from 15% to 21% (an increase of 6 percentage points); and static node benefits open.

Q21What are static node benefits?

Static node benefits are expected to open at Tier 3 and may include POSX node rewards and qualifying network fee distribution. Static rewards are distributed by Tier 1 purchase order first and paced by a daily distribution cap; eligibility, amounts, and settlement cycles follow the formal rules.
